Shipping and Return Policy
Natural Elements strives to ship your order the same day it is received. If your item has not been shipped, you will be able to cancel the order with no questions asked. If shipping has already been processed, we will not be able to fulfill your request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Damaged or incorrect orders are available for a full refund from Natural Elements. Please submit your request to email@example.com. We may ask for photos of damaged items in order to process claims with our carriers.
14 Day Return Policy:
Natural Elements offers a 14 day return policy from the date of delivery to any of our customers. We strive to offer our customers the best cleaning products on the market. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org We will send you a return confirmation number, once received please return the product to our facility and send your tracking number to email@example.com. Once the product has arrived back to our facility, we will issue a full refund.
